you know when you wanna do something and the people say "if you wanna do that, be very careful. things can go really wrong." and you smile. you say to yourself, "okay yeah whatever. tsktsk..i'm not like the rest of the people." anyway, it's the 21st century, people get smarter by the minute. therefore i'm smarter than you.

you poor ignorant, stubborn little girl.

so you go around doing your thing, thinking you're untouchable and nothing bad would every happen to you because things NEVER go wrong. at least not for you.

as God listens to your arrogant inner monologue, He scoffs. "HAH!" He rubs his hands together and said," Time for some humility".

and things go horribly wrong. just like that the girl realise that shit happens to everyone and she is no exception. there's no guardian angel watching over her. she's not a unique snowflake. she's like everyone else. no different than the person standing beside her.

the people turn to her and say," see. i told you to be careful." the girl wish the ground would open up and swallow her whole. just for this one time. allow her a little hideout time until the mess is all sorted out. a reasonable request on her part.

but life doesnt work like that, does it?
