i forgot to tell u guyz abt this bithcy customer i encountered recently...ahe came up n asked for a plastic bag...

we cant give it to her coz its company policy dat we cant give away our plastic bag juz like dat...czo john little don hv e sensor thingy at e entrance...so if a customer asks for a plastic bag n grabs smth on e way out...no one will actually noe until we view the tape over again...

so this bitch went away after we refused to give her a plastic bag...to put her wet umbrella in...i was at the cashier...kak zilla was oso there...

after a while...i was at e cashier wif fahmy...den this bitch purchased bras n panties...but the ferst thing she said was " i wanna c ur manager or whoever is in-charge"...BITCH!!

so i called chai keng...chai keng was more worried abt her missing badge den whatever dat bitch was gg to say...at ferst i didnt tink abniting of it..i wasnt even gonna call her a bitch until she talked to chai keng..

in a sarcastic tone...she asked..."may i noe hw much an ordianry plastic bag cost??"

after dat line i dubbed her "the bitch"...

chai keng explained to her dat its company n everything...chai keng even offered her a feedback form...for the bitch to give her worthless views...chai keng oso wanted her to speak to wendy....shes in-charge of both cwp n np...bitch refused....

miss bloody btich den asked for my name...n asked me to write my precious on the feedback form...wateva...its nt as if i did aniting wrong...she juz couldnt store e "company policy" concept into her obviously thick skull....
